STEP 1
Your First Visit
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our new patient forms.
These are also conveniently located HERE if you would like to fill them out before your visit. This paperwork provides the doctor with your health history and vital information on your condition.
You will first meet with the doctor to consult on your particular health concerns and needs. While you meet with the doctor, our staff will be working to verify your insurance benefits.

STEP 2
Consultation, Examination & X-Rays
Next, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for the doctor to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals. After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination which will test your range of motion, reflexes, and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. Rest assured, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Depending on your specific condition, we may take x-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
STEP 3
Your Second Visit
At your second visit, the doctor will give you a detailed report of all findings from your exam and will show you your x-rays. The doctor will tell you at this point if Chiropractic care is right for you. After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and x-rays, the doctor will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers.
The doctor will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs. At the conclusion of the Report of Findings, you can choose to experience your first treatment. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable so you can experience the many benefits of Chiropractic Care!
